My family always made an Easter Lamb Cake every year. I thought I'd continue on the tradition with my own family. Although the pan that I used is a little different than the one my family members use, I love it. My mom actually likes this new Wilton version better than her old lamb mold, because she sometimes had problems with the ears burning or breaking off.
