NO FAIR!!!!!!

Here is how I explain how I feel. I love my children more than my husband and differently than my husband, in that it is a different kind of love. My children are love personified, because they were created because of our love and passion for each other. If anything were to ever happen to my husband, God forbid, my husband will live on in our children. If anything happened to my children, God forbid, there would be no one left to remind me of them. They could never be replaced and no one would be left for them to live on in. Does that makes sense? I love my husband, entirely differently than my children. He is my right arm. He is why I have the strength to be the wife and mother I am. He builds me up when I don't feel wonderful. He makes me whole. Our children complete us. My husband completes me.

I love my daughter in a different way and it's the kind you can never fall out of love with.
Sorry to say, but you never know what's going to happen in your marriage, you can fall out of love with your husband or get a divorce for whatever reason. You never divorce your kids.
If you happen to outlive your hubby, your kids will be the ones there for you. If you divorce your hubby, your kids will be the ones there for you.
I feel I just love each family member in their own way and they each offer a different kind of support/comfort/love.
I suppose you cant gage your love for a person.
I know though if it came down to either: pick your husband or your kid, I would have to pick my kid, she needs me and relies on me and I couldn't abandoned her, a grown man on the other hand can take care of himself...

Here's one... My mother says she loves my son, her grandson, more than her own kids. Weird? I guess it is a different kind of love.

I love them all equally. But the love that I have more my children is different then the way I love my husband. I care for my children more then I do anyone else-yet I still love my husband to death.
